Cancellation or Change Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so by providing at least 24 hour’s notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee (for individual appointments). For all groups, couples, or multi-service bookings, we require 72 hour's notice for changes or cancellations. If you absolutely must cancel or reschedule your appointment within these timeframes, you must call the spa at 843-575-2211 (please, no emails!). Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than the required notice will be charged the full value of the scheduled appointment(s) plus an additional 20% provider fee per our policy. Missed or failed appointments will be charged the full value of the appointment plus a 20% provider fee per our policy. When you miss your appointment, everyone misses out! This includes yourself, the therapist that was scheduled to provide your service, as well as other clients who may have wanted to come during that time.
We certainly understand that things come up, but everyone will be happier when you call to reschedule in advance. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
